Nicole
Registered Clinical Counsellor
Hi! I’m Nicole, and I am a registered clinical counsellor at Greenroom Therapy.
I am devoted to guiding individuals on their healing journeys through improving overall wellness and building strong relationships. Grounded in attachment theory, my approach focuses on nurturing self-acceptance and empowerment, particularly in navigating life transitions, relationships, and identity exploration.
As a BIPOC counsellor, creating safe, inclusive spaces where clients feel valued is my priority. My therapeutic toolkit encompasses various modalities like Attachment Theory, Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
I have experience working with clients seeking guidance in relationship anxiety, marriage issues, goal setting, building self-esteem and self-confidence, workplace stress, relationship problems, racial identity and issues, life transitions and family-related struggles. I also provide tools to overcome anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, family and relational trauma.
Through authentic attunement, you can expect to feel seen and embraced for who you are in order to take the necessary steps towards positive change. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them face their shadows in order to uncover opportunities for inner growth and expansion.
