Couples and Family Therapy

Couples and family therapy can be a way to smooth existing friction and future-proof conversations.

Communal therapy can be an excellent way to learn more about how your mindset or different approaches to conflict hold you back from forming deeper connections– and how to overcome these blocks in order to heal your heart from past trauma (and protect yourself from repeating traumatic cycles.)

LENS Neurofeedback

Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS) is a natural, science-backed approach to promoting emotional regulation.

LENS prompts the brain into communicating with itself and rewire past trauma, negative emotions, and more. You don’t have to “relive” or get into the details of a traumatic experience to reap its benefits; instead, in just one session, you can get “unstuck” from previous repeated patterns with anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
